Buying bottle openers in bulk: compare the whole quote

The lowest unit price does not always give the lowest order total. Setup, branding, packing and delivery can change a bulk purchase significantly.

Compare the same product and quantity across quotes. Check whether VAT is included, whether artwork preparation is charged separately and whether the price covers one or several branding positions. Stock colour and timing should be confirmed in writing.

For an event, allow time for artwork approval as well as dispatch. Ask about split deliveries early if the order is going to several branches.
